Alexandra Watson is the Founder & Director behind Pathfinder Marketing LLC. Pathfinder provides consultancy services and training materials to build marketing strategy and analytics proficiency for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. Alexandra is currently in the process of earning a Doctorate in Business Administration (Marketing emphasis) from Franklin University. She holds an M.A. in Advertising from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Communication from Azusa Pacific University.

Alexandra brings over 30 years of business & marketing experience at the client and agency level. Her background combines experience in team leadership, training, marketing communications, campaign strategy, branding, media planning and buying, social media management, SEO, analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and database management.

She has a knack for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and breaking them down into best practices and tactics in a way that’s easy to comprehend and scale. She enjoys teaching, training and mentoring on business, marketing and advertising topics. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys landscape painting and is an avid reader.

Marketing Coordinator

Cassidy Donnelly is the Marketing Coordinator at Pathfinder Marketing LLC. Cassidy holds a B.A. degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Warner Pacific University. She brings a high degree of organizational and administrative skills to the business, where she serves as the primary video editor as well as resident Amazon KDP marketing specialist. She also provides content marketing and graphic design support. In her spare time, Cassidy enjoys hikes with her husky/Alaskan Malumute mix and is also an avid reader.
